Robbie Williams has already recorded new material with Take That, reports suggest.
The singer performed with his former bandmates at a charity concert in London earlier this week but had previously claimed that recording new music with them was only a possibility.
However, The Sun quotes him as saying: “Oh sod it, we’ve been in and the songs are absolutely amazing.”
Music industry insiders have claimed that it would not be possible to release any new songs as Robbie and Take That are signed to different record labels.
The star has cut the price of his album Reality Killed The Video Star as he battles against JLS for the number one spot in the album charts tomorrow.

Robbie Williams has been in New York recording new music with Take That, reports suggest.
The singer left the boyband in 1995 to begin a solo career but rumours have been circulating recently of a reconciliation.
A source told The Mirror: “He is back with Take That in the studio and they’re all writing together again. Robbie wouldn’t be happy performing old Take That songs that he has had no part in.
“But if they can pen new tracks that they’re all happy with, they’ll record them and he’ll be back with them on stage.”
A Take That spokesman has refused to deny the rumours.
